2022 Empty Bowls Fundraiser

Join us at our 19th annual Empty Bowls event on Thursday, September 22nd, from 4:30pm to 7pm at Colonial Woods Missionary Church, located at 3240 Pine Grove Ave, Port Huron.
Empty Bowls is an annual fundraiser for Mid City Nutrition Soup Kitchen. Help fight the war against hunger in St. Clair County while enjoying a meal of soup and bread. All tickets include your choice of a handmade bowl, crafted by local artists.
Tickets can be purchased at the door. If you choose to purchase them in advance; please visit Mid City Nutrition Program (SoupKitchen), Community Mental Health (CMH) or Weekends in downtown Port Huron or by calling Mid City at (810)982-9535.

Mid City Nutrition Program is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The Empty Bowls is a key event in raising local awareness of hunger in our community. Last year, thanks to donations, Empty Bowls raised $23,400.00. The Silent Auction held during the event contributed $2,800 to this total. In 2021, Mid-City Nutrition provided 64,000 meals to the homeless and hungry in our community.
